Mission Statement
To promote
quality of life, neighborhoods, and enjoyment of property for individuals in the
Summit-Waller Community.
The Summit-Waller Community Association (SWCA) is a voluntary, non-profit group organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
. The SWCA
holds annual public meetings to elect the governing board which takes an active
role in maintaining the rural nature of the area. Other Board activities
include:

with neighboring community associations

with the Summit-Waller Citizen's Advisory Commission

Sponsoring
regular roadside cleanups

Addressing
community safety issues

Generating general interest in
the unique qualities of the community
